Girls on Trapeze presented their first full length show, Alcyone at Wise Fool New Mexico's theater in Peñasco, NM July, 2011.

A story of personal transformation, Alcyone is inspired by both the tranquility of a calm sea and strength of weathering the storm. Incorporating a variety of invented and traditional circus apparatus, this show blends contemporary movement, dance, theater and storytelling into a journey through the imagination.
